Refunds
This is the refund policy for Premium, the one thing tankmash sells, as of 22 October 2026. The rest of the rules for buying it are in the Terms.
14 days, no questions
Within 14 days of buying Premium, ask for a refund and you get the full price back. You do not need to give a reason. Buying Premium asks for it to start at once, and this refund still stands after it unlocks.
How to ask
- Ask Paddle at paddle.net, or through the link on your Paddle receipt, the email Paddle sent when you bought; or
- write to hello@tankmash.com with that receipt.
Who refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle took the payment, so Paddle makes every refund.
What happens to Premium
Once the refund goes through, Premium is removed from your account, or from the browser you bought it in, and the Obsidian ride goes with it. Everything you earned by playing stays yours: your medals, rank, bests and the rides play gave you. A refund never locks or suspends your account, and the free game stays as it was. A payment reversed through a bank or card company removes Premium the same way, and does nothing more.
After 14 days
After 14 days, Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy and the law decide. If Premium does not work as it should, write to hello@tankmash.com at any time. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law if Premium is faulty.
