Terms

tankmash is a free browser game made and run by Gediminas Blažys, an independent developer in Vilnius, Lithuania. These are the rules for playing it and for buying Premium, as of 22 October 2026. Playing tankmash means you agree to these terms. What the game keeps about you is on the Privacy page.

Playing

Names online

Online rooms have no chat. The other players see the name you choose, or a call sign the game gives you, with your tank, your kills, and your rank if you are signed in. A name must not:

In a room, play fair: no cheating, and no attacking or flooding the game server. The developer may remove a name that breaks these rules, and close the account behind it. Closing an account for breaking these rules ends its Premium too, unless the law requires a refund. To report a name, write to hello@tankmash.com with the room code and the name.

Feedback

What you send from the Feedback box goes to the developer, who reads it and may use any idea in it to change the game, with no payment or credit owed. Leave personal details out of feedback.

As is

The game is free and comes as it is. It may have bugs, go offline or lose progress, and its modes, rules and balance change often. As far as the law allows, the developer gives no warranty and is not liable for losses from playing it. This does not limit liability for harm done on purpose or through gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that the law does not let a contract take away.

Purchases

In short (a summary to help you read; the text below it is what applies):

There is one thing to buy, Premium, and buying it is optional. Premium adds:

Premium is one payment, with no subscription, no ads and no hidden fees. It costs EUR 7.99 in the euro area (VAT included) and USD 7.99 in the US (plus tax). Elsewhere Paddle shows the local price. The checkout shows what you will pay before you pay. A later price change never affects a purchase already made.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You buy Premium from Paddle: it takes the payment, handles VAT and sales tax, and sends the invoice and the receipt. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the purchase, and these terms to the game. The charge on your bank or card statement names Paddle: PADDLE.NET* and tankmash's name, or PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET if you paid with PayPal.

Premium unlocks as soon as the payment goes through: buying it asks for Premium to start at once. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the payment. Our 14 day refund still stands after Premium unlocks, for any reason, and it gives you at least what the legal right to withdraw would, whichever way the law classes the purchase.

Refunds: within 14 days of buying, ask and you get the full price back. You do not need to give a reason. Ask Paddle at paddle.net or through the link on your Paddle receipt, or write to hello@tankmash.com with the receipt. Paddle makes every refund. Once it goes through, Premium is removed from your account, or from the browser you bought it in. Nothing you earned by playing is removed, and a refund never locks or suspends your account. A payment reversed through a bank or card company removes Premium the same way, and does nothing more. After 14 days, Paddle's Buyer Terms and the law decide. The Refunds page puts all of this in one place.

Changes

When these terms change, the new version goes on this page, with its date, before it applies. If you do not accept a change, you can stop playing and delete your account.

Law

The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies. If you live elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the protection your own country's consumer law gives you.
